The new preamble of the Constitution

We the government of the United States, in order to form a more controlling government, establish mediocrity, insure domestic oppression, provide for the common defense of man made disasters, promote general health care, and remove the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ignore and reject the Constitution of the United States of America.
